Menocle is small and new. If something's confusing, broken, or missing, tell us — the reply comes from the people building it, usually within a day.

Anything at all. Include your phone model and iOS version if it's a bug.
Use the feedback button inside TestFlight — it attaches a screenshot and the details we need automatically.
Codes come from info@menocle.com within a minute. Check spam or promotions first — and if you use iCloud's Hide My Email or a similar relay, try your real address. Each code works once and expires after an hour; tap Resend in the app for a fresh one.
You don't need an account to use Menocle. Tap Skip and everything except cross-device backup works with no sign-in at all.
Passwords get reused and leaked. A code sent to your email each time is simpler and safer, and it means there's no password for anyone to steal from us.
It needs enough days to say anything it can stand behind — at least seven logged days with a symptom and its context, and a real difference between the days with and without. Boring days count; they're the comparison. Keep logging and it'll get there.
If the data never supports a claim, the app never makes one. That's deliberate.
Two things happening together in your logs doesn't mean one is causing the other. A pattern like "sleep ↔ hot flashes, 82%, 34 days" tells you they keep travelling together in your data — a good question to bring to your clinician, not a diagnosis.
Export tab → add any questions you want answered in your own words → Export PDF. It's a real PDF, so you can print it, AirDrop it, email it, or hand over your phone. Two weeks of logging makes it worth reading; the night before your appointment is a good time to export.
Your history is encrypted on your phone with a key only you hold, and the passphrase is how that key is protected in your backup. We never see it and can't reset it. If you lose it, the backup can't be opened — you'd start fresh. Keep it somewhere safe, like a password manager.
No. Everything you log is encrypted on your device before it's backed up, and the key never leaves you. The only thing our server can read is your email address, so it can send you a sign-in code. The privacy policy spells it out.
Tap the lock icon on any main tab. Export all my data gives you a plain file of everything you've logged. Delete my account and all data removes the account, the encrypted backup and everything on the phone, immediately. There's no waiting period and no "are you sure" email.
No. Menocle is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose or treat anything. Its education is summarised from The Menopause Society's published guidance and graded by the strength of the evidence, but decisions about your care are between you and your clinician.
