Account deletion

Delete your Menocle account and all its data.

Menocle is published by Business Credit Cloud LLC. You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by email. You don’t need to reinstall anything.

In the app — immediate

Open Menocle and tap the lock icon at the top of any main tab to open Privacy & data.
Tap Delete my account and all data, then confirm.

Your account, your encrypted backup and everything on that phone are removed straight away. There is no waiting period.

Without the app — by email

Email info@menocle.com from the address you use to sign in to Menocle, with the subject “Delete my Menocle account”. We’ll reply to confirm it’s you, then delete the account and everything attached to it within 7 days and tell you when it’s done.

If you use Menocle without an account, there is nothing on our side to delete: everything lives on your phone, and uninstalling the app removes it.

What is deleted

Your account and the email address it uses.
Every encrypted record in your backup — check-ins, cycle records, medication schedules, appointment notes.
Your wrapped key, if you saved a recovery key.
Your entry on the Menocle mailing list, if you opted in from the app.
When you delete from the app: everything Menocle stored on that phone.

What is kept

Nothing linked to your account. Encrypted copies can remain in our database provider’s automatic daily backups for up to 7 days, until those backups are overwritten. We can’t read them, and we don’t restore deleted accounts from them.
Feedback you sent and a waitlist signup from the website are stored separately, with no link to your account, so deleting the account can’t find them. Tell us in the same email and we’ll remove those too.
